With all of the different medical problems that exist today like Diabetes, cancer, leukemia, and everything else, a simple sore foot may not seem like that big of a deal. While it is true that sore feet do not always have the kinds of effects on your body that cancer would, it can still become a debilitating disability if it is not take care of properly. One of the best ways that you can treat sore feet is by having a better understanding about what causes them.
Sore feet are most commonly caused by simple things, like the lack of proper footwear. If you are wearing shoes that are too small for you, or shoes that don't support the arches in your foot, then you are most likely going to have sore feet. If your shoes are too small then your toes are likely bunching up at the end of your foot and you may have severe pain and even some blistering and tenderness. If your arches aren't being supported then maybe you are experiencing some of the sore feet pains that come along with plantar fascitis.
Another way that you can get sore feet is through other ailments like arthritis, diabetes, and also gout. Certain fungii can also affect your foot if you are an athlete and cause you to be in pain a lot of the time. You may have stiff joints from the arthritis, or maybe you have swollen feet because of the diabetes. There are many different causes of sore feet so the better you know how it is caused, the easier it should be for you to prevent it.
